Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

Welcome to Frameless Shower Doors by Luxe Glass LLC (“Luxe Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, communications, consultation services, and other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Frameless Shower Doors by Luxe Glass LLC provides consultation, design, measurement, fabrication, installation, and related services for custom frameless shower doors and glass enclosures.

Project scope, specifications, pricing, payment requirements, estimated schedules, warranties, and other project-specific terms may be provided in a separate proposal, estimate, contract, or service agreement.

2. Use of Our Website and Services

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation

Disrupt, damage, or interfere with our website or Services

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Infringe upon intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights

Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information

Misrepresent your identity or authority to request Services for a property

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website or Services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Consultations, Estimates, and Project Information

Information submitted through our website does not create a binding service agreement or guarantee that we will accept a project.

Website information, preliminary estimates, design consultations, and general pricing ranges are provided for informational purposes. Final pricing and project requirements may depend on field measurements, material selections, installation conditions, engineering requirements, permits, taxes, and other project-specific factors.

A project becomes binding only when the applicable proposal or agreement has been accepted and any required deposit has been received.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information concerning the project, property, site conditions, scheduling restrictions, and any other information reasonably necessary to perform the Services.

4. Payments and Billing

Pricing and payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

By purchasing Services, you agree to:

Pay all fees, deposits, balances, taxes, and other agreed charges when due

Authorize charges using your selected payment method

Provide accurate billing and contact information

Notify us promptly of any suspected billing error

Pay any approved additional charges resulting from authorized changes to the project

Late or failed payments may result in delayed scheduling, paused work, withheld delivery, or other remedies permitted under the applicable agreement and law.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Custom glass, hardware, fabrication, design, and installation services may involve materials produced specifically for an individual project. Once custom materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun, payments may become nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation, rescheduling, change-order, deposit, and refund terms will be governed by the applicable proposal, contract, or service agreement.

If you have a concern regarding your project or payment, contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

6. Scheduling and Project Delays

Any completion dates or timelines provided before or during a project are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Schedules may be affected by:

Product or material availability

Fabrication requirements

Site readiness

Measurement or installation conditions

Customer-requested changes

Permit or inspection requirements

Weather, transportation, supplier, or manufacturing delays

Events reasonably beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information, inaccessible or unsafe work areas, third parties, suppliers, building conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Site Access and Conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at scheduled times. The installation area must be accessible and sufficiently prepared for measurement or installation.

Unexpected conditions—including concealed damage, structural deficiencies, unsuitable surfaces, plumbing or electrical conflicts, code issues, or deviations from previously supplied measurements—may require additional work, revised pricing, or rescheduling.

We will communicate material changes when reasonably practicable before undertaking additional chargeable work.

8. Intellectual Property

Our website content, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, text, processes, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Luxe Glass and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use our website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our Services. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our materials without written authorization.

Project-specific ownership and permitted use of drawings, plans, renderings, photographs, or other deliverables may be addressed in the applicable service agreement.

9. Communications and Text Messages

By providing your contact information, you authorize us to communicate with you concerning inquiries, consultations, appointments, estimates, projects, customer support, and related Services.

If you separately consent to marketing text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or Services.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website and Services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, customer-management systems, analytics providers, communication services, and hosting companies.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services, websites, or content controlled by independent third parties.

11. Disclaimers

Website content, photographs, renderings, descriptions, and examples are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes. Actual products and completed installations may vary based on measurements, materials, hardware, lighting, screen displays, site conditions, and customer selections.

Any product, workmanship, or installation warranties will be stated in the applicable written agreement. Except as expressly provided in writing or required by law, the Services are provided without additional warranties, whether express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Glass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim arising from particular Services will not exceed the amount paid to Luxe Glass for the Services giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Luxe Glass harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or materially inaccurate information you knowingly provide.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Massachusetts], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before initiating formal proceedings. Any additional mediation, arbitration, venue, or dispute-resolution requirements contained in a signed project agreement will control for that project.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

Continued use of our website or Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
